Rob McFadden founded Hypothèque in 2013 with a vision to create a premium boutique mortgage broking service for busy professionals. Since then he has been joined by a dynamic team with backgrounds in a range of professions.

Rob has worked in finance for 33 years. He worked in a major bank in customer service and human resources, before moving to mortgage broking as a mobile lender under a major franchise in 2004.
In 2013, Rob founded Hypothèque to forge his own brand in the industry.
